Refund Policy
Any claims for refunds, exchanges or returns must be made with 3 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded.
Out of Stock Items
If the item/s in question is out of stock and cannot be sourced within a suitable time frame, an exchange will be offered for a similar item of equal or lesser value, or a refund will be issued.
Perishable Goods
Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be given on perishable goods (eg meats,cheeses).
