Delivery Policy
At present, we are offering two delivery days per week: Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Delivery Times:
Tuesdays - 9:00am-3:00pm
Saturdays - 2:00pm-5:00pm
We will call and/or text when we are on our way to give you a more specific time frame.
Cut Off Times For Delivery:
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders received on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
If there are out of stock items, we will call you to notify when stock will be arriving or suggest a suitable substitute.
If you would like to add to your online order, please either call us on 07 33663658, or email us at enquiries@globalfinefood.com.au and we can arrange for these additional items to be added and payment to be taken over the phone.
You may otherwise leave comments in the Comment box at checkout with details of the items you would like added to your order and we will contact you for payment prior to the order being collected or delivered.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil specific choices due to availability, we will contact you to determine if you would prefer a product substitution or refund.
