Our Story
An Ashgrove staple, Global Fine Food is located in the Ashgrove Village Shopping Centre, from where it has been taking care of locals’ culinary needs since 1979.
Regarded as a true ‘Deli Café’, we’ve combined all the traditional deli lines with a modern café serving light breakfasts, lunches, and delicious Merlo coffee.
Our specialty is undoubtedly the perfectly smoked leg ham carved right off the bone while you wait. Traditionally smoked and expertly carved, our signature leg ham is popular all year round.
We at Global Fine Food, pride ourselves on an extensive product range from smallgoods, cheeses, and antipasto, to specialty coffee, tea, chocolates, and more.
Global Fine Food also has a wide range of gourmet gluten-free products – from breads, cakes, and pastries to cold meats, sausages and take-home meals.
Catering for corporate lunches and dinner parties is another service Global Fine Food is proud to offer the community.

The Venue
Global Fine Food has recently undergone a major refurbishment, giving it a fresh, modern look whilst still maintaining its unique character, which has made it a quintessential part of the Ashgrove community since 1979.
It has inside and outside seating for 30 guests, air conditioning, wheelchair access, and free WiFi.
Boasting new breakfast options, an extensive lunch menu, and plenty of sweet treats to go with your Merlo coffee, you’ll find yourself spoilt for choice.
With fridges and shelves stocked full of your gourmet delights, Global Fine Food has a strong focus on Gluten-Free products.

Global Fine Food is conveniently located at Shop 5/17 Stewart Road, Ashgrove in the Ashgrove Village Shopping Centre, approximately 5km North West of Brisbane CBD.
With plenty of off-street parking, both outdoor and undercover and the City Glider Bus Service beginning its journey from the centre, getting to Global Fine Food is fuss-free.
